TERRIBLE........ Paid for smoking room and king got double beds and no smoking had to go outside to smoke .... double paid it was my birthday never coming there again will not recommend anyone.... Bogota best experience should had stayed there Got no breakfast double dipping far as the pay.... paid booking.com to get there and still have to pay... not right never stay there again... Very Poor Everything was just down and I leave Saturday 7pm It was sucks and I lost $10.000 in the casino sucks Did not expect the booking was like that two the room wasn’t what I see tree it was too expensive for the two night and it was my birthday on the 19

Bad That I didn't get the room I prepaid for the gave my room away. The room I got had the ceiling falling down The next day the manager gave me a discount on my room and a parking discount
Disappointing I didn’t like that our AC was broke, we call multiple times while the sent the maintenance man 3 times and it still wasn’t fixed!! Not to mention when we asked to change rooms their response was we are not doing that right now and hung up!! Our shower was dirty there was old pee on the bathroom cabinets i was not impressed at all!!! I liked the restaurants and the casino
Ridiculous When I arrived to my room there was a do not disturb sign on the door. When I went in the bed was undone as if someone was sleeping there. I called the front desk no one would answer. When they finally answered they said I’ve have to come back down and stand in their very long line again . I was able to get new sheets because I saw a housekeeper in the hall. Not safe not pleasant.
Hotel is badly run down, mold in the shower.
