Pleasant When a book me room i picked with a water view and they give me a different one and I pay extra many for that room I went to costumer cervice And they never resolved me I was not good at all
Bad nothing there was roaches in the room i ordered room service dont know if it came from the food or what and they handled it so wrong nothing there was roaches in the room i ordered room service i was so upset wit the way they handled it
Birthday Getaway The bathtub was clogged and the water would not go down. Had to bathe with dirty water covering my feet. Most disgusting and disappointing. It’s at the casino. No need to travel anywhere else.
the facility is immense and very hard to find your way, especially parking lots i used both beds in the room. The cleaners only made up one bed and left the other one unmade.
I wish it would have been better. The check in process was extremely slow. It took me almost 45 minutes to check in, another 15 minutes to get in to the room and to check out was even worse... it took me 1/2 hour to get on the elevator. I believe for the price of $263 it wasn’t worth it at all. I like the location and ambiance.
Would not recommend this hotel or stay here for future get always. We waited over 30 minutes to get on an elevator To check out as all the elevators going up and down were packed to capacity -We Had to ask the hotel staff for access to take the service elevator. When we thought we were out the woods, there was a long line - maybe 50 guests or more waiting for the elevator to get to the parking garage. Fair
Don't do it. Me and my wife have a disability so we walk we a can as we were checking on we had to stand on a line for over and hour. We check in late after 5.30. We didnt get our keys till 7.00. We had dinner reservations at 7.30 at another hotel. When checking out we had to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get to the our car cause they only had a set of elevators to get there and the line was so long. Very Poor El servicio el cuarto nada bonito como en las fotos y pedi algo especial y no lo hicieron el personal nada amable y les dije que el cuarto no estaba acomodado y me estaban cobrando mas para darme otro no ayudan a resolver el problema mala estadia no lo recomiendo Solo el casino es el atractivo
