Could've been better Didn't have elevator working at times. Didn't see anyone cleaning in high touch areas. Hallways were loud at 3am. Allowed people to get ice and only 2 towels per room. Breakfast good

Disappointing My room smelled like an ashtray and when I called to tell them they said “that’s the only room we have available, what would you like to do?” The toilet flooded and spilled water and feces on the floor. I called the front desk 3 times and no one answered. I packed my stuff and got the hell out of dodge. I was charged an upgrade fee for river view room and my room was facing the back. Very Poor
regret they didnt meet any expetation. They promoted alot of false advertisement. Instead of my room with a king bed they gave me 2 queens. i requested a fridge at the time i reserved and never recieved it. the ice machine never had ice.and they gave me a smoking when i requested a non smoking. also i had a discountt from a family that works wth the franchise hotel and i was not able to use it accordind to them it was not valid.

Very Poor Very dirty, hairs all over bathroom and coffee machine was dirty with old coffee Nothing really just the water bottles in the room
