Staying during Pandemic I stayed for five days with my teenage children and their father. When we checked in, I don’t recall being told that there would be NO housekeeping services. So after a couple days of trash accumulation I called house keeping and was told that they wouldn’t be cleaning the room due to COVID. That was fine, but when I asked if I could at least have a trash bag, that was a no. They asked me to set the trash outside the door in the hallway and someone would pick it up. Disappointing It took almost an hour to check in!!! There were only 2 people doing checking ins. The line was almost to the door! It was ridiculous!! Our room only had a sheets and thin blankets on the beds. When I called to housekeeping asking for 2 more blankets they said no, they were all out. I called when we arrived at 2pm.

Disappointed. Booked three rooms at same time, under same name. Upon check in on a Wednesday evening was informed all rooms on different floors, was forced to pay 10,00 per night upgrade fee to get 2 rooms on same floor, management would not wave fee. Benjamin (Female) checked us in, and the process was quite confusing. Opened door to room found used dirty towel lying on floor. Glad I tried the Tropicana, but will not return. Forced to pay upgrade fee 10.00/night/room to get on same floor. Made reservations under same name and at same time. The room/carpet/corners were visibly dirty, tiny windows, tub very slow to drain. Out dated rooms. Resort fee for what??? The pool was dangerously overcrowded for Covid 19 guidelines on two days, other three days it was closed, probably a good thing. Stay elsewhere The room was crap and the people on the floor were very rude.we spent most of our time elsewhere!!!!!!!plus no maid service! Not much!

Fair The food was not great at all the Italian restaurant serve very plain dry on risen crust pizza that was $25 just for pepperoni seemed like it was a Little Caesars hot and ready not a quality Pizza. The pool had a lot of hair in the water, it was FILTHY too many kids wasn't maintained at all. Disappointing The parking was a mission!!! You had to go down the parking elevator, walk into the casino, to the elevators then back up to your floor. The restaurant brew brothers or whatever, had great wings! Bartender was definitely on a good one or coming down from one thats for sure though.
