Disappointing The rooms were dirty. Carpet is stained and gross. No room service due to low staff?! Only got 2 towels for a 2 queen bed room...asked cleaning ladies if I can have more towels and she said only if I tipped her....WOW! They only provide one toilet paper...having me to hunt down someone to give me more TP! The furnishings are old and ugly. And there shower tub would get full of water every time we showered...having us to wait for the water to drain for the next person to shower. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!!... read more
Okay All vending machines for hotel Guests were not working. My husband tried 9 levels. Our room was not clean. We found someone’s pills by the bed. The staff was friendly

Fair Had to pay for wifi, sink was clogged toilet flushed super slow. Bed was old. Eateries smelled like smoke The shower was good
Horrible promice was not kept and finger pointing between their staff and booking . Com Our toilet to the room was not working correctly, every time we flushed it the up rise was not working correctly, we had to lift the lid and manually fit it we called several times and was told engineering would swing by, we called again and this time house keeping was going to swing by as well . We put a drink on the room table and it tipped over , so called again and they said we are going to send someone to fix it , well that Never hap... read more
Disappointing The cost was very high for the king room I got. No refrigerator, leaky/dripping showerhead, no maid service so fresh linen and trash pick up has to be requested, and toilet was loud and slow to flush, not free wifi. I feel the staff should accommodate guests. I felt very unwelcome being covid time. If they don't want guests they can close up, otherwise make some better accommodations and be more friendly. I most likely won't stay there again. Being around family
