Bad Check in could go along smoother, if front desk Did there job and check in guests no matter what time of day it is! I wanted to check in early, by two hours, I even put it my remarks on the bookings.com form. When I asked at the counter, I was told NO, against hotel policy. Very Poor
Fair First room was dirty. Don’t think it was checked and cleaned prior to us. Had panties hanging in bathroom, blood on wall by tv, pennies on window area when opened, and toilet paper on floor in bathroom. Went down to speak to someone and they were helpful and changed our room fast. Second room was fine.
Bad Waited too long in line to check in..1 hour. Called the front desk..they put me on hold several times.. The late night sandwich place.

Bad When you flush the toilet it would scream at you the pit boss in the casino was mean to us we couldn’t even finish our game that we wanted to play so we left this was the worst experience of my life they gave us a room and all we could see was a bunch of car parking lots terrible terrible service the ice machine did not work on our floor we had to go to another floor to get ice I would never ever ever go back to that place again When you flush the toilet it was scream at you the pit boss in the casino was mean to us we c... read more

Fair What I didn’t like was room was dusty, toilet tank broke, everything was outdated falling apart. Housekeeping didn’t come by once to ask if we needed any supplies. When we did ask for our room to be clean they said housekeepers don’t come in cuz of the covid which I get but they can at least offer when we step out they can come in and at least vacuum and dust. Poor I felt that out room smelled like cigarettes. The ac was verrrrrry loud to where you can’t sleep, the tv was very old and you couldn’t hear over the ac and If you turn it up it sounds like a speaker with water in it. The bathroom was very small. I didn’t like much. The rooms are very out dated. Without housekeeping I would think the room would be cheaper but it was expensive.
Fair Everything was closed on Sunday Unbelievable I had to pay for Wi-Fi if I wanted internet. I already paid over $500 for 3 nights.
