Poor The machines were not set up for safe play. The casino was freezing cold. The rooms were only fair at best. No valet. Had to wait too long to get help with luggage. Would never stay there again. Not much. The bed was comfortable.

Won't be back The customer service at the hotel desk was pitiful. In their defense, they were way understaffed, but all were rude & customer's did not seem like a priority. We pay $$ to vacation & the hotel reg desk treated me like my boss at corporate does. Only reason I didn't cut my stay & go to 1 of the other 12 casino's was there was a really cool pit boss I liked & was very professional. Satisfied customer The headboard from my bed fell off the wall with screws and all. My baby was on the bed but thankfully she wasn’t hurt. I had a nonsmoking room and my room smelled like marijuana. The staff were kind enough to switch me from floor and room without any hesitation

I would stay again but under no covid19 conditions as we have had good service in the past. Due to covid19, there was no room service. If you needed extra towels, water, or sheets, you had to call and have it delivery to your door only. Short staffed at the front desk. No Valet parking. Room was okay. Some of the furniture needed replacement. There was hand sanitizer through out the casino. Masks were readily available upon request. Staff was friendly in the Café Restaurant.

Not good Clean coffee maker,sink that drained,room Key did not work on two occasions and had to go to front desk to get key...could not order to go food had to get table...order food and request to go box...pretty silly I think on that... will not stay again...a refund would be nice due to these issues....

Fair My advise for people is avoid going at this time everything is shut down do to Covid. No nightlife at all bars closed no live music or dancing.
