Poor The room was gross, didn’t look cleaned at all. Ice bucket had stuff in it and no bag was provided for ice bucket. Requested refrigerator and paid for it, was left in the room unplugged so I had to wait a few hours for it to get cold. The only thing I liked about the property was that the pool was open.

Rude management and security guards that harass people minding their own business. The staff are rude, condescending and security guards harassed me and my niece. As a lady, I do not feel comfortable at this property as I was followed and harassed by the security guards as I was on my way back to my room. I originally booked for 2 nights, but cut my trip short due to not feeling comfortable at this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel if you are trying to enjoy your weekend. Pay a little extra for the Aquarius. Over an hour wait to check in, 20 minute wait to check out, the bed was falling apart, pillows not comfy, I left something in my room when I checked out and the maid right outside wouldn’t let me in to get it real quick. I Didn’t have time to go wait for a key so filled out the lost and found form and nothing. Very disappointing 1 night stay.
Ok on the way, but not a good vacation destination. Food was not available at night. NO PLACE TO CHARGE MY PHONE IN THE ROOM!!! Waitresses didn’t seem to friendly on the casino floor. Dealers were nice!

Was a horrible experience I will never stay at the Tropicana again. I didn't like the staff. I did not like the fact that the building caught on fire and nobody would help I did not like the fact that there were no evacuation plans or staircases anywhere I liked the rooms very comfortable. Also the pool was clean and not crowded.
