Good stay ruined by covid COVID closed the bars on my first day staying there Nice property Cool casino

Average stay experience Pool was unsupervises and dirty. Ice machine broken. No breakfast
Lackluster The room was not vacuumed and smelled like smoke even though it was non smoking. The air conditioning was terrible considering it was 112 that was very inconvenient. Tried to get clean towels and it took them two days to bring them to me.
Disappointing
Poor Security acting like they’re the law, punking costumers, laughing at there face! The ac units need to be cleaned atleast every six months it looks like it has never been cleaned in forever that was the only uncomfortable part of my stay along with the security wonderful building wonderful people who come to stay but all that is missing are your workers making the customers happy! Close to the lake

Poor I DID NOT LIKE THE BEDS, THEY WERE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, HOUSE KEEPING WAS RUDE AND DID NOT WANNA BRING ME 2 BLANKETS. THE ELEVATORS ARE TO FAR FROM THE REGISTRATION LOBBY AND THEY HAD NO ONE TO HELP WITH LUGGAGE. THE SHOWER HANDLE FELL OFF. THE BEDS WERE BAD AND VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, NOT ENOUGH BLANKETS AND HOUSE KEEPING WAS NOT VERY NICE. THERE WAS ONLY 2 TOWELS FOR A FAMILY OF 4 FOR TWO DAYS
Exceptional Arm Chairs were torn,sponge on both arm chairs were showing fabric ripped. Blood on window blood on sheets, sheets and pillowcases were dingy No bf.
We wont be back!!! Thin walls, noisy all night long; not able to sleep!! people have little consideration for other guests; restaurants were closed at the hotel; we had to wear our masks at all times inside the Hotel; no room or maid service!!
