Great Sunny Lake Days! Facility is outdated, restroom was clogged and rusty. The room did not have showering towels. We had to ask for them. Location and decent size room. Staff was very friendly and efficient.

Planed on staying for 3 nights, stayed 1 Very disappointed decent restaurants and all bars were closed. Made the stay boring. Also wearing a mask was uncomfortable. Bed was comfortable.

Poor Very little service, waited in my room over an hour for my luggage. Charged over 500dollars, got no amenities. No view of river. No valet. Room was dirty. Pool was refreshing

Fair The rooms need an upgrade, the toiletries are the cheapest brand EVER, the pool is small for the amount of people that are here and the water is kind of merky, they need more lounge chairs and could use more cabanas. Also another pool area would be great or even an adults only pool! Except for the phone operators all staff was nice. The restaurants that were open were good.

Poor the place is becoming a dump smelled bad. had a non smoking room but the place stunk with stale cigarette and pot smoke. parking lot

Fair Hotel itself was dirty and smelled very bad throughout the hallways and elevators. The staff also was very vague and hard to speak to. Good location, rooms were clean.
