Bad The power went out and we couldn’t get an answer of how long or even a flashlight we had no hot water in the mornings .. hotel wouldn’t even offer a comp they said if we were renters we would just have to deal with this kind of stuff

First time and last time staying at the Tropicana. Stayed during 6/29-7/3. Upon arriving I noticed hair on the sink and the sheets were not clean. I was asked to leave the room so that it could be cleaned but even after I could still see hair shavings on the floor and on the counter. The whole room was covered in a thick dust, which we were told resulted from it not being used in a long while. Bad From the moment of check in I had one problem after another. They checked me into my room and didn't tell me there was NO power in my room I sat in the dark & heat for 4 hours with my family, my air didn't work my room was so hot, the maids would not give me towels I had to call for them and then wait hours for them. There was trash all down the halls. It was one of the cheaper rooms but now I know why. The hotel and staff were horrible and completely rude

Go to Vegas instead Parking traffic nightmare. Not much to do here. Friendly front desk
Fair We had no towels and the restroom and it was not cleaned. Regardless not providing cleaning services during our stay the room should have been cleaned and stocked.

Poor During this pandemic they decided to scale back on cleaning rooms which I understand, however, it seems there is only one person cleaning the entire property. The carpets outside the rooms were filthy, no one was cleaning high touch surfaces, and the rooms were so dusty and gross. I stayed three nights and couldn’t wait to leave. They are requiring masks and temperature checks.

It's okay...not great Bathrrom stunk.. No free wifi Check in employee was rude on phone Nice room and location
Disappointing to whom it may cncern,the fact that we had to sleep in my car when we drove from texas to laughlin from las vegas ,nv an the staff an manager told us we couldnt check ikn until 6am we arrived around 2am ive never been treated so poorly in my life i was embarrassed for my children to witness ive been here before ive never been told i couldnt be let in my room to rest. i cried for hours i was so exhausted ill never staY HERE AGAIN nothing
