Disappointing First off I was given a room in the promenade tower with loaf kids on the 18th floor. Once we lugged all our stuff up their the keys wouldn’t work. I tried using the hotel phone by the elevator with no answer. I had to go all the way back down and was told “oops I wrote the wrong number “ then morning came and I showered and come to find out we had no towels and I was soaking wet. All in all a bad experience Nice room

Very old rooms ,dirty carpet, No maid service,no clean towels NOTHING called housekeeping times , asked the maid in the wall way for some clean towels,she said I have to call housekeeping??

Good and very bad? Pot smoking on my floor was DISGUSTING so strong you could smell it all through the corridor and in our room, husband called front desk...no feed back from them! Dinner was awesome husband had the Salmon dinner and raved about it. Expanded no smoking area was a plus.

arrived @ 1:33 am, we were giving a dirty room, hotel was unsanitary, staff was rude. front desk staff rude and unfriendly Benjamin was the worst of them all. She was rude and short with her answers.. she cut her eyes and appeared to be unbothered when I asked to speak to her Manager. Benjamin then told me her Manager was busy. I am African American so I assumed she just did not like my race what other reason could she have had to treat me in such a manner. wish I could get my money back wouldn't recommend it to anybody else in the world Everything!!!!!! first of all the staff was very rude. second of all they gave me a hard time about my certified dog. When I asked for a late check-out and due to I ate a meal there that this was totally horrible, not only did they say no , but the lady was very rude. Then when I went down to get my cash deposit back, the lady was then again rude.
Bad The room is very outdated with no fridge or any appliance. In addition to the outdated rooms, I heard kids running around making noise, also there was a huge line to go up stairs, I asked if we could just use the stairs and they said no! Never staying there again. Nothing, I had a terrible experience.

Ok stay to get you through the night. Limited hot water to shower and air conditioning was not functioning properly. Also only two reservationist to help a long line of people. Location was great.
