Not returning for now. Bed was too hard.. Airline noise unsettling. No buffet. Machines too tight. Worse than ever. Dinner was so so. Small portions on chicken strips dinner. Service very slowly. N/A
Fair No maid service, but still paid resort fees. Maid service did not come in at all, not even fresh towels in bathroom.
Schlecht, nicht noch einmal. Schmutzig! Das Badezimmer war nicht sauber und es hat nach kaltem Rauch im Zimmer gerochen (obwohl es ein Nichtraucher Zimmer sein sollte). Zentral und ruhig gelegen
Fair Bed too soft.
It was okay but wouldn’t recommend Our toilet was broken, the towels had holes in them, the hot tub was extremely dirty and had a green tint to it. When gambling my member card wouldn’t work and I had to continuously go up to the service window to fix it. Staff was nice and good was good

Stay at your own risk!! The WHOLE hotel smelled of old cigarettes and was just musty. We were there for 4 days and could not get our room cleaned, even after calling. The bed was just BAD!!! We had to sleep on the edges since the middle of the bed was like a crater. Everything in the room was just old. The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years, and the bathroom was just ok with stuff falling off. Disappointing
Not as advertised No outlets handy to plug in coffee maker or chargers. Can't watch anything on TV unless you pay. No comfortable seating in rooms, no fridges in a lot of rooms. I was moved to 24th floor, no water pressure. Barely hot water water. I accidently left my night gown in room I was moved from but it was never turned in to lost and found. It got cold but only 1 thin blanket on beds. The view and staff were great tho. But ne t time I think ill stay somewhere else.
