Fair Tv didn’t work in one of my rooms. Also AC doesn’t get very cold. Price and location are great. Trailer parking was nice and easy.
Disappointing We don't have a fridge in the room. We need it for my meds. I have insulin that needs to be refrigerated. The staff were nice.

There could be two people staying at the Tropicana and they would put one directly above/beside the other. This is l Filthy rooms, loud neighbors, and very poorly ran. Not much.
Very Poor
Unorganized You guys need to figure out the elevator situation when it comes to rush hour times. It took my husband & I an hour just to get back to our room! My kids were upstairs by themselves & I could not get to them. What if there was an emergency? We decided to gamble to waste time in hopes the lines got shorter but nope it just got longer. it was supposed to be a fun birthday trip to the lake, and it was, but the hotel was meh I did not like the rude valet gentleman, or that my key cards to my room did not work for 2 out if the 4 nights we stayed. I did not enjoy having to wait in LONG lines around 8pm to get back into our rooms because the elevators were "out of service" 2 nights in a row. The front desk and security were very nice I liked the lady who worked in the convenience store, and the cocktail waitresses. All were very pleasant to interact with.
Below average. They charged me way more than what booking.com said the price was. The hotel was old. They didn't have any parking by hotel registration. I parked in the garage and had to walk across the entire hotel to check in then walk all the way back to get to my room. The staff were all excellent.
Fair Didn't get adjoining rooms as requested. Part of the family was given a room on another floor. Trash left under the sink n someone's swim suit left in the bathroom.
Casino smells like smoke, rooms are still OLD I booked thru booking.com and the pictures and title of the room indicated updated room amenities, so I thought the room I would get was going to look like the picture, we stay at the Tropicana all the time and expect what we get so I thought wow they finally "updated" their rooms. NOT the room we received had black lacquer Funiture from the 80's and NO Refrigerator which we always get a refrigerator, I have medicine that has to be refrigerated so this also didn't help the situat... read more
