Poor Mananger was lil rude also if you booked room in booking.com they give you that worse room,view. Location
Disappointing Had to wait 30 minutes just to get on an elevator, the shower was cold even on the hottest setting, had to wait 20 minutes after checking out to leave the 17th floor and was crammed into elevator. The room on booking stated there was a refrigerator but our room did not have one. The bed was comfortable, the view was great, the hotel was close to the river which is a plus.
Dirtiest hotel in Laughlin It is so dingy, dirty, moldy, dusty and just gross. I bought cleaning supplies to clean my room as the cleaners do an awful job. We got moved from our first room after finding boogers in the bath tub and public hairs on the toilet. The location and the pool are great
Do not recommend Nothing Stain carpet. Hair in the bathroom and hair balls on the carpet.
Fair The room was extremely dirty, the walls, carpet, and bathtub. Room was very disappointing. The casino area was very nice.
Meh.... Old and run down. Long lines for elevators to rooms in evenings. It did the job of a place to sleep and shower

Bad The rooms are crappie, no confronter on the bed,no chairs in the room, no clock , the king bed was broken it has the head of the bed sloping down. The room had a smell we couldn't identify. The hotel elevators, half of them didn't work it was long lines to get to and from your room. Nothing, it's old and rundown
