Fair Didn't feel safe. Someone tried to break into our room and still haven't heard back with any updates about what happened, been calling no answer Rooms were clean, room services were fast, and the hotel was very clean
If you’re just looking for a place to stay on a budget this fits. No refrigerator and air was not working properly. Hot and humid in the room all night long The location was perfect for our stay and the staff was friendly.
Disappointing
Very disappointed, I would like refund The AC did not work at all. I called front desk for them to fix it. They never showed up to the room. Also I called housekeeping and they went to the room and only changed the toilet paper and towels, but did not do our bed. Very disappointed we’re not return to this hotel. I would like to get a refund. I like that we had an In-N-Out next to our hotel
Horrible, never stay here again. Arriving to the first room they assigned me to open the door and the bed was flipped up potato chips all over the place, it stunk, clearly it was not cleaning. Went all the way back down to hotel registration. The staff told me there was no more non-smoking moves available. I sit well. There needs to be something for me. This hotel was our go to spot in the past and unfortunately, the quality and comfort has declined drastically with the r The beds were hard and not comfortable. The TV didn’t work and the AC struggled to keep the room cool. Two nights were hot even with the ac somewhat working. We came with three families and they all experienced the same. We will not be staying here again. How close it was to the lake and river.
