Fair I had a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke. The shower wasn't the cleanest. The TV didn't work correctly either. The cafés food is really good.

Fair I don’t like. They don’t have microwave
The room was absolutely disgusting. It was dirty and smelled. The minute we entered our room it smelled super musty. There was dust clumps hanging off the air vents and fire sprinkler the tv stand/dresser was covered in a stick residues. There was what appeared to be pee running down the wall in the bathroom behind the toilet. The shower had mold along the top. The hand towels in the bathroom were wet and smelled horribly. Beyond dissatisfied with this hotel.

Fair There was no maid service. We had to call housekeeping to get clean towels and to have the trash thrown. We even needed to ask for clean cups. They could have at least gone in and do these on there own. Bed was comfortable
