Poor Bed was horrible, no check in until 3pm and most staff very unfriendly

Luxury room and deluxe room are the same ,don't pay extra for luxury ,it's the same set up Our rooms look exactly the same even though we paid extra for the luxury room , I got a deluxe and a luxury room , same set up ,nothing different, they claim luxury is beeing 4 floors higher , ridiculous, only 2 towels for 4 people , no ice in the machines , linens had holes , very disappointing,front desk not very helpful, never again , horrible experience Not much to like

I would never stay here again! Our keys never worked, there was no ice anywhere, the rooms were not cleaned, it smelled, the toilet keep overflowing...never again! That it was close by the Lake Mojave where we go boating.

Had high expectations and failed in every way possible. Will not be back. Customer service, billing practices, lack of entertainment, room cleanliness, house keeping hospitality, and front desk hospitality. They were close to a better hotel and casino - The Golden Nugget.
