Absolutely Filthy! It was filthy. The rooms looked like they hadn’t been dusted in years and the mattress was stained. The front desk staff was rude. They were annoyed that we requested a clean room. They after we moved rooms, the a/c was broken in the second room. I asked for someone to bring me the key to the 3rd room since it was now 10pm and I was told there was only one person at the desk and they couldn’t do that. Fair Room was never cleaned during my 3 day stay and room keys stopped working on two different occasions, Front desk is to far away from the room towers and parking garage, also not enough front desk workers to handle check in/out and we're not very friendly. Pool area looked nice.
