It was fline, room was clean, but overall not the greatest stay. Crazy long line at check in with only two people working????? What's up with that??? Bed had a major indentation on one side.....thinking it's a pretty old mattress!!! Went to get ice for drinks (not a cooler, which we say lots of people bringing in) and the ice machine on our floor, one up and one down had zero ice!!!!!! Very smoky casino, pool ice cold , and Jacuzzi look warm. The pool was ice cold, the Jacuzzi had Luke warm water and the Jets were not running, when we asked the staff member how to turn on the Jets. she did not respond to us. After 10 minutes later again, I asked her she informed me that the Jets were not working. A quarter of the restaurants were closed, very smoky in the casino. Will not ever stay here again. You could adjust the thermostat in the rooms and sleep comfortable.

Okay, old and outdated. Great location for Laughlin event center. Old and terrible environment for a nonsmoker. The pool hours are not usable of you have other things planned. Location

We left a day early. Pay more for a better hotel. The property seemed dirty. There was no soap for the shower or hair conditioner. There was urine by the back of the toilet that I didn’t initially see. The ceiling literally had a hole cut around the fire sprinkler. The bars and restaurants were very short staffed. Close to event center.

Disappointing The room was not very clean. There was sticky stuff all over the table and furniture. The bathroom mirror looked like it was wiped down with a wet rag. I paid extra for a luxury room when I called down to the registration desk and asked if my room was considered luxury she kinda laughed and said yes. I will never stay at the Tropicana in Laughlin again. The location was close to the venue.

the room was nice an clean except for the bathub kept clogging even after they came an fixed contin bathtub clogging try to reach out but they said in order to be compensated needed to reach out to booking.com took showers all weekend with water clogged past are ankles they came to fix only for it to continue to clog rest of weekend an monday everything was fine except the bathtub kept clogging had trouble getting someone to fix it but it was still clogging it was disgusting having to take a shower with water in tub past ank... read more

Bad The water pipes are blocked/the sheets are not changed overnight/the towels have turned black and gray/the carpets are dark and dirty/there is no refrigerator/no microwave. It was a very painful long weekend trip
