Started out on the wrong foot but they tried to fix. My room smelled of rotten water they upgraded me when I called to advise of the stench. I paid for a coffee from the machine and never got one. The casino said they cannot refund I need to call the vendor number and file my claim. The customer service

Needs a face lift needs microwaves and fridges in rooms and walls wiped down and update the air conditioning etc Needs to be detail cleaned needs new sheets mine had holes house keeping didn’t clean are room but they were nice when I called and asked for towels etc. and brought them fast Covered parking
