Worst Stay Our vehicle was broken into . Everything they took had value. The rooms were absolutely horrible. Save your money stay somewhere else. This was the most filthy room I've stayed in. I didn't like anything

Poor First room we stayed in was dirty and the AC was not working. Had to go to front desk to have room switched. In the second room there was a dirty towel hanging in the bathroom and no clean towels. We waited 40 minutes for towels.

We had two nights booked. We only stayed one. It’s ran down. The staff was not friendly. They seemed overwhelmed and stressed. The restaurant didn’t have enough staff. Very disappointed. I remember when this hotel was the Ramada and it was always fun to go to and then when it first opened as Tropicana, it was exciting and now it’s just ran down and disappointing.

Wouldn’t recommend Staff is really rude especially the one that checks on the pool. The beds really sick you feel very spring in the mattress. The pool was the best! The arcade is pretty cool when you have little ones.

Not impressed See above list . Pretty much everything was unliked. AC was terrible. Toilet had issues flushing. Carpet dirty. Tub dirty me TV old and small. No room cleaning (stayed 2 days) Had hard time reaching housekeeping. Took Housekeeping forever to bring resupply on towels and coffee supplies. Only good thing was it was quiet. Reception person was nice. Prices she gave us were less than online price. Room we reserved was not available.

Disappointing They closed the pool at 845 pm. It's over 100 degrees. That was the whole reason of us staying there! We will not be back!! The bar
