My husband is a Disabled Army Vet in our (80’s)we just wanted to get to our room, finally we did. The first thing I DID NOT LIKE-when we booked this reservation-I asked for a(3) night stay from Wednesday night, Thursday night (our wedding anniversary) and Friday night. A stinky, uncomfortable, unpleasant & regrettable experience. Rude staff, all the way down to the pool attendants, but particularly the registration clerks. Extra charge for a refrigerator. The beds were old, stiff & just overall uncomfortable. Property is dated. Take your business to the Golden Nugget or the Riverside. There was not a single good thing about this property.

Disappointing I didn’t like the rooms. I payed extra for the non-smoking room and got initially a smoking room, and then asked for a room change and they just put us in another smoking room. I liked the staff, they were accommodating and understanding

Very disappointing I had reservations for 2 queen nonsmoking room since I was coming with my mom and my 13 year old son. All check in kiosks were down. They had 2 people working at the check in/registration. Finally after 50 minutes of waiting in line to check in I was told room are assigned by 1st come 1st serve basis and all they had for me was 1 king bed room or 2 queens in a smoking room. None of us are smokers and I did not want my son in a smoking room. So I was given a one king bed room which they brought in a roll aw... read more

Disappointing, regretful, made unwarranted charges! Charged me $17 for checking in 25 min. early. Then was charged 3 times for it on bill when checking out. Desk rep "Desiree" was unable or unwilling to remove unwarranted charges, said MGR. would call, still no call, I want the unjust charges removed and credited back to my Visa card! Everything is overpriced here, food, drinks, slot machines. Just a place to sleep, don't bother, should've stayed at Riverside. Best thing, In-N-Out is located right in front of location. Disappointing The staff was pretty rude, the rate of an early check in was charged to each person instead of just per room, no fridge was a huge downfall as we traveled 1000 miles with food we had to make sure stayed on ice. There weren't enough towels in the room either. Easy to get to and decent parking.

WILL NEVER RETURN First, it cost us way more than was told. They will only let you pay for one night through a third party, second night they charged us $50 more than we paid the first night. I thought I paid for the two nights up front, but found out it was only one night so it cost us an extra $200. The majority of the staff, especially the managers, were rude. They don't have a good housekeeping set up. We asked for housekeeping to come back and they did not. My mom had an accident and was left in the shower without a tow... read more
