Fair Toilet ran for 3 days, one person woke up with 15 bites on her body maybe from bed bugs and took forever to get an elevator to the west tower. Out of 8 elevators only 5 working. Boat parking good

Disappointing Elevator was broken waited about an hour to go down. Ended up going down the stairs from 19floor. Stairs didn’t have air last floor was not open had to go through the casino. Ended up going through the outside and around the hotel weather being super hot. Location was great and convinced.

Didn’t get what I reserved. I was told at the time of check in . Customer service I won’t said everybody but the one who take me wasn’t helpful her name is Marisol very bad customer service The property is nice. What I didn’t like was the service I received at the front desk from the person that take me.

Sketchy The latch lock on the door did not work we had a worker open our door while the latch was in place and said he was told to come clean the carpet no knock just came in if the lock latch was working properly he would not have been able to open the door also the other room our sisters were in the latch lock didn’t work either they felt unsafe after what happened to us so that put the chair to block the door also our toilet didn’t flush properly Convenient, price
