Please send me back my money or comp out a few days in a room in a suite at your hotel, thank you. Staff room service the hotel employees security employees I would like you guys to come out a few days. Stay in one of your good suites or roomswith room service because there was the blood on my sheets A cockroach found in the room and there was urine and feces all over the wall and toilet and bathroom. What a horrible stay

I will be staying at a different hotel next time. Carpet was old and frayed. There were drips on the bathroom wall. The casino was under construction which should have been conveyed to guests before they booked a room. The room was clean.

disappointed I didn't realize that this was the only hotel in Laughlin that is not situated along the river, it's on the opposite side of the main road so it's impossible to walk anywhere.

GOOD TIME COULDN`T BRING COFFEE DRINK BOUGHT IN THE HOTEL, INTO THE RESTURANT EVEN THOU THEY DID NOT OFFER THE DRINK IN THE RESTURANT, WASTED $5.00. ALSO AIR IN ROMM HAD ISSUE

Fair Tub drain plug wouldn't work. There was no microwave or refrigerator. Floor was un-vacuumed. Parking was great. elevators were good.

Cold, dirty, old, no pictures on the walls. Minimum amenities. No wifi in my room, did not work and I was there for work. Could not even get on my phone in the casinol Service desk employees

One night stay was good enough Blankets on bed were so thin. Did not keep you warm at all. Shower water never got hot. Casino lobby was very smokey. If you're looking for a room for one night with basic accommodation; nothing fancy; this is the place. Bell Men and Valet were extremely helpful and kind,
