OVERALL IT WAS GOOD AC WAS NOT WORKING NO REFRIGERATOR ROOM SIZE AND PRICE

The room needs updating and definitely NEW BEDS! I had things poking me!!! THE BED!!!!!!! We loved the restaurants!

Disappointing Not too many food options in the location, and pool was super small for the size of the hotel. The room didn’t have a mini fridge, no microwave and to top it off no vending machines near by so you have to walk to the casino floor to pay $5 for a water. We liked the fact that they had a casino downstairs and an Arcade for the kids.

Extra resort fee a joke for ‘access to pool’ .?! This is not worth the money as the sat was double a weekday price. 2nd tower blocks sun getting to pool area. Rooms old / pieces broken/ no microwave or fridge. No hot water and then tepid water kept gushing after I tried closing the tap. Location to the Edge for concert

Our resort fee covers high speed internet in room, self parking, access to ours and Harrah's pool as well as their gym, shuttle service between both properties and provided daily bottled water in room and coffee. In regards to the maintenance trouble, please be encouraged to call the Tropicana and inform Hotel management so they can rectify the matters with you. We hope to see you again in the near future. Fair That was no fridge in the room for drinks or food we had and we couldn't control air in the room Bed was comfortable

Fair The smell of the room the pillows were flat staff refused to hear anything once you got in the room and I checked out at 1015 am and my deposit still has not been refunded The green light on the building made the room look cool at night
