Worst Resort in Laughlin Being locked out of our room AFTER we had left it. Having to RECHECK IN just to be able to get our belongings. Then they had Security escort us to the room. As if we were criminals or had done something wrong. Will never step foot in that casino again. Sad. I have been staying at this property for 30yrs. Through different corporate owners. Caesars has totally ruined this resort. It's dated and the employees arr rude and unhelpful.
