Sheet was ripped because it was so thin. Thankfully it was on the outside. Needs a remodel desperately. No refrigeration in the room. On a special diet and couldn’t keep my food cold. Clean for being so old

Not worth it..I stayed there on my way to the South Rim entrance of Grand canyon.. should go further The windows are dirty, and green lights lit my room through the night... Parking is Free.. and I saw my car from my room...

Poor Nothing, everything was old Ran down bed uncomfortable. No microwave inside room or on property. Was me and my husband last time staying there.

Disappointing The rooms were not kept. They were dirty and smelled of mildew. The air conditioning is not adequate Location and parking

Terrible experience The room was terrible and at the kiosk we upgraded and charged and it was room no 334 and that is not I upgraded room and would like my money sent back to me. There were half drank bottles of water in the room and it was full of smoke. I am asthmatic and can not tolerate smoke. Will never stay there again. I have stayed there in the last 10 years and loved it but no more. Very disappointed with room We had breakfast for dinner and it was very good

Fair Room was dusty and moths inside our room The way the hotel lights up at night one of the best .

Unable to accommodate my stay I asked for early check in and was unable to get a room after a 16 hour work day I fell asleep in my truck in a parking lot .I was very disappointed
