Very Poor toilet was very loud

Missed Opportunity to Give value and Customer service Rude front desk staff....slow check in...no sense of urgency....Fees. Fees. Fees. Poor value for price Location

Would not stay here again! The cost of everything, extremely smoky ! Dirty bathroom, hair clippings on and in sink. Shower lever from spout didn’t work, shower head had half pressure. Poolside cafe,

Poor There's was no TV in the hotel room. No compensation for this and the TV s which had cable were working the bar which isn't were my family and I wanted to be. Staff weren't helpful with this so we left early in the morning. NA

Fair housekeeping the room was not clean and the coffee maker was filthy. the rooms location from the parking area

Wont go back again . Was booked as luxury room recieved 30$ room ended up 150$ wasnt even blanket on bed just sheets. Cheezy

Bad I made my reservation a month in advance and when I went to the reception the receptionist told me that they could not give me the room that I had reserved, she gave me the one she wanted, they did not respect my reservation and they also charged me more than what my booking application said The place is very nice and clean but its reception staff makes the hotel look very bad. ise mi reservacion con un mes de anticipacion y al yegar a recepcion me dijo la recepcionista que no me podian dar la habitacion que yo avia rece... read more
