Disappointing Everything went well, Exceped we were given a room that had not been cleaned, the bed was not made& towels all over the place. Hope I never leave a room looking like that one did. We were moved to a clean room & that one was just great.

it was fine. staff was nice and the band was good but the bed was uncomfortable it is old and needs updating to the rooms. beds are uncomfortable and shutters on windows let yo much light in the location

This used to be were I would stay when in Laughlin/Bullhead City. Not anymore. We reserved for 3 people and were only given 2 sets of towels. The drain in the shower/tub was very slow to drain. The thermostat was very loose, and dirty. The location is great.
