Fair the hotel staff was rude...me and my brother decided to have a drink and the bar tender would not serve us....he knew we wer sitting ther for awhile but we jst left and went to a differenr bar....ran into same problem during dinner time again....so staff is a zero! the bed was the only thing i liked...honestly

No microwave. No fridge. Old, dark dingy rooms. Loooooong walks to anywhere ... but cheap! No microwave. No fridge. ANYWHERE... just not available EVER. Attendant explained: "they want to keep you in the casino, not in your room, so no amenities in the room". Surprised they even had a TV!! Long long walks to get anywhere. Dark dingy rooms... but cheap! Cheap room. Under $50!

Hello Tom. We do provide refrigerator's in certain rooms and towers. If a fridge is a necessity, please reserve a East Tower room. If West Tower is purchased, you may request to rent one at check-in for a surcharge if available. However, we do not have have microwaves as a fire safety. We apologize for any inconveniences this may have caused you. We appreciate your feedback and hope to see you in the future.
