Will not be back Ice machine not working, really nothing in the room frig microwave.normal street fast food. No real restaurants. Bar band

I will never stay there again. Very disappointing for a Caesar’s Property. Very old, outdated and not clean. All areas appeared to be understaffed and all workers were very grumpy. close to event center for Kid Rock concert

Hire a decent staff that actually wants to work or a management team that cares about their guests. The room was made never made up. When calling housekeeping the lines were always busy so I called the front desk who sent a guy to the room with towels and sheets! Was I suppose to make the beds? This annoyed me to no end. The hotel itself was close to other hotels I will more than likely stay at next time and actually was just across the street from the Laughlin Civic Center for a show I was going to see.
