Very Poor Our room smelled like cigarette smoke! There were ashes on the nightstand and a half smoked cigarette under the toilet seat we found in the morning. My husband sleeps with a clap and he could smell the smoke all night though the machine. Obviously the room was not cleaned.

Fair The rooms and common areas of room towers are in serious need of updates. The casino area and facilities are good and clean compared to other nearby casinos.

no thank you...other properties in the area, with beautiful views and nice restaurants on-site very dates rooms, need a refresh. check-in a nightmare, not enough staff to handle..40-50 people in line. one of the kiosk machine not in service leaving just two. once u pull up your reservations, your room u booked with confirmation is no longer available, so u have to upgrade and pay for it. The upgrade was actually taken off when you brought it to the Front Desks attention a few hours after check in. So the charge was never placed onto your account.
