Fair Seems like there was a staff shortage, called for security couple of times and waited for long time for respond. Key card didn't work and they had to give us different room. Room was nice, food good too.

Disappointing Found old shampoo in bathroom and had roaches in the hallway near door had issues room keys not working Bed was comfortable hot water

being elderly was not happy with problems and will not stay again. second room had toilet plugged up within a short time. took forver to get it fixed. upon returning a round 430p on mon sign said valet was closed. was not told that there was no valet from 3-7p and to just leave keys with bellman. went to front desk and was sent to security before we got any information. when sister was bitten facility sent paramedics, moved us to another room,did our laundry.

could not wait to leave poor food quality my friends were staying there
