horrible hotel don’t stay here everything as soon as I checked in the front staff was rude not welcoming at all . once we got to the room it was so dirty . & outdated didn’t look like the pictures at all . there was left over bar soap on the top of the shower , dust in the vent . a spider web in the room on the ceiling , the carpet was all stained & ripped up . the lamp on the dresser would flicker if you touched it . this property needs better cleaning people . only thing is it’s close to the river . horrible property never... read more

Poor the lines for checking ,took hours for complete the checking in, we contract covid and came home sick. The room was on top of the pool even if i ask for a quiet room.
Facilities Ok, hidden charges not Ok! 1. Booking.com estimated “fee” was $48.00, Tropicana charged more. 2. We were told, $10.00 plus tax for whole stay; we’re charged total $54.00. Other hotels like “Microtel” provides refrigerators and microwaves free. our room was near the parking garage
it sucked I will never come back front desk service, no internet service, room key was a problem bed & tv we’re nice
I don’t like my room smells bad The room I don’t like it bcuz i stay oh full bed and i put it queen bed and the carpet smells very bad
Disappointing
good to see family but for the expensive stay it didn’t seem worth staying at this facility for the price. tvs are super tiny in the rooms, pool closed at 9pm! that really early, room was not clean properly, check in took almost 2 hrs because there was a huge line I have never had to wait that long before to check in, and staff wasn’t really friendly and didn’t seem to like their jobs. beds were comfortable
Fair Ze względu na alarm w pokoju, którego nie można było wyłączyć byliśmy zmuszeni zmienić pokój. Na interwencje musieliśmy czekać ponad godzinę i niestety nie doczekaliśmy się nikogo. Ponownie musieliśmy zejść do recepcji i poprosić o zmianę pokoju. Było to dość męczące, gdyż z pokoju do recepcji jest kawałek drogi. Po 5h podróży byliśmy zmęczeni i wszystko o czym marzyliśmy to pójść spać. Hotel nie należy do najświeższych. Czuć, że lata świetności już dawno za nim. Dobre miejsce aby spędzić noc.
