not great upon check in the keys we were given did not work. went back down received new keys which also did not work. a kind maid who seen us having a hard time called for help and we ended up waiting for all together about 2 hours before we were able to get proper keys and get in our room which caused us to be late to the plans we had previously made. also the sink was clogged but we did not even want to ask for help because we did not have time to wait around again for service. all the staff were very nice

Won’t be back Poor customer service, rooms weren’t clean, housekeeping always unavailable, had to call for clean towels and toilet paper. location and size of the pool

Poor 1) the change of my room from a regular 2 queen beds to a handicap room with no toilet paper no towels and shower head broken . All the staff are great.

Decent Service. Asked for towels and toiletties on our second night stay and they never brought them. Sink was clogged.

Unacceptable for a Cesar's property Are room was not clean and had a wet spot on the rug near the ac which was causing mold. Me and my family are sick now due to the mold problem from the wet spot in the rug. Not happy about our stay here. They also offer no maid service here. Nothing everything was bad from the beginning.
