Don't stay here. The fact that on the third day of waking up there both my fiance and I woke up itchy. Worried it was bed bugs we talked to the front desk and they had us talk to security. After a half hour of waiting we filled out a report and were told to contact this person to see if any compensation would occur and we've not received a reply yet, more than a month later. Luckily it is not bed bugs it was either how the sheets were cleaned or not cleaned or possibly the pool/hot tub which we tried enjoying st the adult on... read more

Poor Upon arrival, we were redirected to Edgewater for the first night due a pipe bursting. 100% of the Tropicana foot traffic was redirected there and took 3 hours to check in. Once we were told we could check into Tropicana, my key card didn’t work and had to go back to the desk and then up to the room 3 TIMES… and then on the 4th time, they finally sent security. What a mess.

Cancelled future reservations Problem at check in, got to room TV didn't work, was moved to another room. When asked if we could use a cart to move luggage was told we would be charged. Very negative.

Fair I asked for a non smoking room and front desk said they didn’t have one available. When I decided to checkout because of this they suddenly found a room.

Not a friendly place My little getaway started like this: I got in line for the check-in and they asked me outloud: “Hey, do you need help?”. Usually people greet me differently in other places I stayed but ok.
