Fair Leider wurden wir um 4 Uhr morgens durch einen wake up call geweckt den wir nicht bestellt hatten. Um halb 6 wurden wir dann vom Housekeeping geweckt.

Disappointing We did not have a cleaning crew come in at all since we were there. Even when we asked for housekeeping to clean the rooms they did not come and clean the whole time we were there The price was reasonable

It was ok just wish more for the kids to do That they didn’t do my full room service plus just left sheets to make my own bed plus they didn’t replace towels in bathroom

Great deal but nothing great to say about it otherwise. ugly room, including color of paint and cheap carpeting, towels were awful small and not soft the rate and the room was clean

Poor customer service We didn't get our deposit back 23 days, still waiting. Getting ahold of their "billing department" is a joke they jerk you around playing phone tag with hotel reservations and front desk and some billing number that doesn't handle billing for them. When you get transferred to the front desk, they are extremely rude. You can hear the attitude in their voice. -1 out of 10 wouldn't recommend anyone stay here when we checked there where stains on the headboard hair on the bathroom floor. come every year and I’m hoping things get better because I don’t want to stay anywhere else location called for towels in the evening and nobody brought them, had to call again in the morning. shower was dirty, room floor had food on it and the door stoppers kept falling out of the wall.

I will never stay there again. Room was horrible. The halls smelled. The mattress was horrible. Spider in the room. The girls in the front were friendly.

Disney meets casino Smoke, room is tiny, bed is uncomfortable furniture was broken. It was pretty awful. There was nothing good about the room. This was definitely not the room we got. Not much to like other than the employees were all very nice. In general it is a great location. There are plenty of food choices. Pool looked ok. We didn't use it. It has a/c The hotel did not find my reservation I booked for $304 total and I had already paid $125 deposit. They found another reservation where my first and last name was reversed, which was not the way I booked it. I know that for a fact and also my total pay at arrival was more $260 instead of $179. They said it was a $60 deposit that would be refundable after check out and they confirm nothing is damaged. I've never had to pay a $60 deposit at Tropicana.
