Service Department staff has always knocked it out of the park! I would highly recommend Truck City service department to all!
Although I was pleased with service advisor and manager, I was not thrilled when the offer to exchange my battery (under warranty) was replaced with a smaller battery. I also was not happy with the sloppy oil change job when oil dripped onto the driveway when I got home. Quality of the service technician work is what I rated this on. They also left a tire valve cap off (no big deal I guess b/c I have more). Just seems like techs may be in such a hurry that quality of service suffers. Not paying attention to detail. The dealership honored our warranty by replacing a defective turbo booster in our F350. After a year of struggling with a bad turbo booster, it is nice having a working vehicle again.
