The service was great. The only complaint, was i was called at 1PM saying it is almost ready. Ended up sitting in the waiting room 4 1/2 hours before it was ready. Internet connectivity was not working well on my devices. Just bored and annoyed. They did great work and were extremely nice.
I went to the dealership intending to complete the purchase of one vehicle, my 2022 Super Duty. Because of the excellent customer service, courtesy, professionalism and knowledge I walked out with a Bronco Sport for my wife. This is my new dealership for life.
Everything was great except for the amount of time that we spent getting the deal done. We also had to bring vehicle back to get an inspection so vehicle could be registered. Daniel, our sales person did a fantastic job. The service department even transferred our wheelchair lift to new vehicle. This is the 4th vehicle we have bought from Truck City Ford. We will continue to come here for our automotive needs.
