I originally made an appointment to have my vehicle serviced by another Ford dealer for a recall and a couple of warranty items. However, that dealer wasn't able to provide the service. I immediately went to Truck City - no appointment - and saw Travis Guerrero who immediately was able to get my vehicle in for service for both the recall and warranty items and even noted a couple of additional warranty items I hadn't seen. I was very happy with his responsiveness and would use Truck City again.

We received the usually level service for this oil change. However, we were informed about the discontinuation of the dealership loyalty pricing for oil changes and informed that the price has increased by $50 on a diesel oil change.
