The wait was longer than quoted. I think Ford would send out the recall when they had the parts. I can't imagine the problems would have if we were on the road and had to have emergency service done. We would have never gotten home and must stay in a motel somewhere.
The part was back ordered so they gave me a very nice loner vehicle to drive until the repair was completed.

The purchase of the vehicle was completed online and with no hassle. All I did at the dealership was test drive the car and take delivery. The sales rep (Steven) did an excellent job of explaining all of the features of the car plus where to get additional information when needed. I will certainly use this dealership in the future.
