Great dealership. The employees actually care about making the customer happy. I've tried two other Ford dealerships in the area. .One of them cares more about money than repeat business and the other one was always so busy that the service advisors didn't have time to even learn my name. Great customer setvice. Very friendly and willing to take the time to listen and help us get exactly what we were looking for.
Scott Jordan is unequivocally the best service manager I've ever dealt with. Truck was misfiring so I had it towed at no cost (per his recommendation), looked at, fixed and ready to pick up the next day.

Travis got my issue resolved quickly and was flexible with my schedule. Identified another issue on follow up and resolved it quickly.
They did what they were supposed to do in the amount of time thy said. Everyone was pleasant.
