I went in for an oil change and tire rotation — the service manager immediately informed me about a change in cost. After the mechanic inspected my vehicle, they found an issue that would have cost a significant amount of money if I had purchased the parts from Truck City. He suggested purchasing the parts elsewhere and bringing them back for installation later. I really appreciated their honesty!!!
