We were very excited to find a previously-owned late model Ford F-150 Lariat at Truck City Ford that met our requirements. I was able to negotiate with Matt Underwood a mutually agreeable price based on his transparent description of expenses, and an excellent value on a trade-in vehicle. This was the best car service experience. Scott, my service manager, was so helpful. The whole team there was great. They fix my car quickly. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely bring my car in again when needed.
Excellent service! Jeremy was very helpful and responsive. My truck was shipped to my home quickly and it looks great!
The wait was longer than quoted. I think Ford would send out the recall when they had the parts. I can't imagine the problems would have if we were on the road and had to have emergency service done. We would have never gotten home and must stay in a motel somewhere.
The part was back ordered so they gave me a very nice loner vehicle to drive until the repair was completed.
