Scott did a great job getting my vehicle maintenance addressed as well as a warranty repair. Much more timely than any other dealership I've dealt with over the years.
I showed up just AFTER closing hours for a night drop when Mike Rodgers took the time to come outside & take care of my drop off. Upon pickup, my service advisor was not available; however, Mr Rodgers stepped up to answer my invoice questions & made certain the repairs on my vehicle were accurate & complete. As far as I know, I would have bet Mr Rodgers owned the dealership. Daniel Santiago took great care of me! Dropped my 2013 F150 off for thermostat change and he followed thru with the time line mentioned and kept me updated the entire time! Defiantly will be reaching out to Daniel and Truck City Ford for my next service.
