Nate was fantastic. Super disappointed in Ford Motor Company. $85,000 Raptor with 47k miles needed a new transmission, seal and oil pan. Just 60 days out of warranty and I got stuck with a $ 3k charge (better than $8k, but still too much for the top of the line truck with low miles). Nate was a great advocate for me and super helpful. Dealer was great. Manufacturer sucks.

I purchased my F250 a couple of weeks ago and dealing with Bob Salinas made the process go very smoothly. He is a very pleasant salesman to work with, Yesterday, I took the truck to the service department. Once again my service consultant Charlie, went above and beyond my expectations. He was able to resolve the issues in less than an hour and took the time to walk me through what they did as well as helping me better understand all of the various settings on truck. He is really good!
