Great customer service. Nate, in the service department, was extremely helpful during a super stressful time. My vehicle was diagnosed and work complete in a timely manner. I live in San Antonio, I own a 2019 Ford Edge SEL, 23,000 miles. I had a hard down shifting problem. Red McCombs Ford on I -10 had my car for 10 days and didn’t look at it. I picked it up. Called 7 Ford Dealerships in San Antonio area. Most gave a appointment in October and a December just to leave it. Boerne Ford didn’t even have a transmission tech on site.
