Got everything fixed within reasonable time frame what needed to be done and ride home
Overall I had a great experience after I got some service. I called for an appointment and got there early, but there didn’t seem to be a service tech around. After waiting 25 minutes I went inside - where a tech helped which went well. My car was promised the day I took it in, but I had to get a couple of tires and the estimation took too long. Very pleasant to work with. Sales associate Esther was pleasant to work with, Zach the sales Manager was great also. Charles from finance took time to thoroughly explain the leasing paperwork. There was an issue with the Bilstein leveling kit, tire type and sizes. Jake Thetford and Mike Rogers went above and beyond to make this the best buying experience possible. Definitely will be a repeat buyer.

I had the best experience with this service center! Hailey was so helpful and kind, and kept me informed the entire time my car was there. It was a nice change in comparison to my last unpleasant experience with a different Ford dealership in Austin!
