Overall, positive experience. I scheduled appointment online. It said someone would get back to me. That did not happen.! I had to call to find out. Also, my car was kinda clean. When I got my car back from oil change, there were mud on the sides of my car near the tires. They should have rinsed the mud off.
Great service whether you take it in yourself, use the mobile option, or they pick it up. Wouldn’t take my truck anywhere else!
Again my experience of the purchase of a vehicle from Truck City was great. Eddie is super.
