Great team of guys who stayed late on a Saturday to help us get the deal done. Trade in value was fair and they got us out the door for below KBB on a dream vehicle for us. We will definitely be purchasing from them again when we are ready for our next vehicle.
Our experience with Truck City Ford was excellent from start to finish. We found the vehicle we wanted online, contacted TCF and set an appointment. The truck was ready when we arrived so it was simply a matter of a test drive, checking it over, and doing the paperwork. All the staff members that we met were friendly and pleasant to work with. They were all focused on making us comfortable and ensuring a positive experience with our purchase.

It was a great experience from start to finish. No hidden fees or agendas. I didn't feel pressured by the salesperson.
There were 4 times in a row I was given a time my truck would be ready and each time was incorrect. I also sat waiting on paperwork for almost 3 hours when I had specifically planned with them the day before what time I would be in to do my paperwork. There was a large amount of time I was sitting and waiting with no one nearby to even give me an update on why I was waiting.
Easy to work with Blake made my appointment easy and oil chage was pretty fast and recommended other maintenance that I will be needing soon
