Took my Explorer for a tire issue. Also needed an oil change. No appt. Just stopped by. Liliana was very helpful. I left it and she called me a few times for updates.. it was taken care of within a few hours and then she offered to have my explorer delivered to my home. I was told they can also come to my house if I didn’t want to bring it in for certain issues. Truly exceptional customer service!!!
Mario Fuentes was a huge help to us when we came to him. He was patient, answered all our questions, and kept us updated on our vehicle's repairs, is bilingual (my husband speaks Spanish) etc... We definitely recommend Truck City Ford's service center and while I'm sure that all the service advisors are awesome, we highly recommend Mario. He is top notch and an asset at this dealership! Zach was my salesman and also worked with Charles in finance. Both were extremely helpful and accommodating. I purchased a used vehicle that ended up not having the features I wanted. Zach was responsive and easy to work with and helped me swap for a new vehicle that met my needs under a 7 day return policy. This experience was unusual and exceeded all expectations. Probably the best experience I’ve had at any car dealership. I will be recommending this dealership and sales to team to others.

Charles Moradi took plenty of time and explained the whole finance options and contract process. During the sale Jeff answered so many questions, and after the sale Kevin answered so many more and walked me through the new car delivery.
