He not only assisted with my return to work, but was able to provide me a virtual solution to pay online and get my car delivered! It was impressive that Truck City Ford operates like a well-oiled machine!!! Tyler was the greatest through this process of replacing wife's car that was totaled from a deer strike. One think I am having trouble doing is programming a third key FOB. Nothing that I do works and have visited many sites on the web. Service department quickly diagnosed engine/computer problem on my F250 and had it fixed in a couple of days. All parts needed were in stock and Wayne in the Service Department went out of his way to code two keys for me.
The Dealership it self was very inviting and no one hounded you. Offered refreshments which was new and very nice for a change. The bathroom was clean the place itself was overall neat and well kept.
Always takes care of my maintenance and notify me of any work needed attention. Great service
