Truck City Ford has been excellent to work with. Their pick up and drop off service makes service appts so easy. I recently had repairs done on my car and worked with Blake. He was great at communicating and helping with Ford Customer Service as needed.

I was using the CostCo Auto Program with Truck City Ford to order an F-350 Lariat. The experience was very easy, highly transparent, and I got a great deal on the new truck as well as my trade-in. There were a couple minor miscommunications between sales and myself over email but my overall experience could not be more positive. As my sales rep, Zach Krischke kept me informed throughout the process and Charles Moradi did a great job handling all the end-game paperwork.
Our service advisor Nate has been wonderful to work with and takes care of my two daughters vehicles as well as my wife’s and mine. He has always been available to answer questions and help us schedule appointments around our busy schedules, great job Nate, much appreciated.
